Here is my first attempt at changing my style. I say attempt, because it's not very new or groundbreaking, but I'm working on it! hehe.. I have social anxiety awkward, I say it as more of a "Jeezus, you're freaking me out" kind of way. "Oh em gi" Moving on...
I love fashion and retro richness of 1930's. The silhouette is tall and slender, emphasizing broad shoulders, a small bosom, streamlined hips and a standard waistline Many of my fashion tastes came directly from book and movies or the stuff I found in thrift and antique stores. I've been wanting to photograph this midi-skirt for a while, and I kept waiting for some good location ideas that will suit well her vintage old-stylish vibe. Frank told me about the perfect place for our shooting. A windy day at Ingrow West on The Keighley and Worth Valley Railway. Such a fun time! :) There is so many places in Yorkshire, that I do not know about, but I want to explore more over this summer ^.^
Okay, also we need to talk about this Manequin gentelman. There is something weird about, "Codes of culture", why people connotations abot mannequins are always around Grotesque or horror stories, why are they so creepy? It's just a blank face.. Mannequin comes from french word mannequin, which had acquired the meaning "an artist's jointed mode". This shoot kinda remainds me of Exhibition at The Fitzwilliam museum "Silent Partners" which was a ground-breaking exhibition, devoted to the artist's mannequin, that uncovers its playful, uncanny - and sometimes disturbing - history from the Renaissance to the present-day. >Click<
I don’t know much about art, but i don’t know what i like. creative pursuits are mystery to me.
❝Take wrong turns. Talk to strangers. Open unmarked doors. And if you see a group of people in a field, go find out what they are doing. Do things without always knowing how they’ll turn out. You’re curious and smart and bored, and all you see is the choice between working hard and slacking off. There are so many adventures that you miss because you’re waiting to think of a plan. To find them, look for tiny interesting choices. And remember that you are always making up the future as you go.❞
